Kaelyn Schmidt

Kaelyn is an Interior Design graduate from the University of Florida. She has worked in the industry for over 10 years, collaborating with multiple designers, architects, and artists in all facets of design.

After college, she continued her search for the right design trade by helping clients with furniture selections at a local furniture store. She then worked with some of the most talented artists to create multiple theme park displays that can be seen throughout the United States and in Shanghai, China. She found her true calling with a local builder helping clients create their dream homes.

I believe that working with a designer should be a fun and collaborative process. The goal is to guide clients to their style. Whether you lean towards contemporary or traditional design or you’re not quite sure what your style is, together we will achieve the look you want.”

Kaelyn is also a licensed Residential Contractor, allowing her to not only help with the design of your space, but she can manage your renovation or remodeling project while staying in budget and ensure a timely completion.
