Kaelyn is an Interior Design graduate from the University of Florida. She has worked in the industry for over 10 years, collaborating with multiple designers, architects, and artists in all facets of design.
After college, she continued her search for the right design trade by helping clients with furniture selections at a local furniture store. She then worked with some of the most talented artists to create multiple theme park displays that can be seen throughout the United States and in Shanghai, China. She found her true calling with a local builder helping clients create their dream homes.

Kaelyn is also a licensed Residential Contractor, allowing her to not only help with the design of your space, but she can manage your renovation or remodeling project while staying in budget and ensure a timely completion.
Sarah Smith
Lead Designer
Sarah graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Interior Design. After school, she worked at a furniture store, helping customers select custom pieces for their homes. As a drafter, her next position allowed her to continue working one-on-one with customers as they designed their new homes, additions, and renovations.

Suzanne Wooten
Office Administrator
Prior to joining Kaelyn Schmidt Design in 2023, Suzanne accumulated 10 years of customer service experience before acquiring her Associate’s degree in Accounting and transitioning to an administrative role. With 5 years of dedicated administration experience in the construction industry, Suzanne exemplifies a profound commitment to the fields of interior design and home renovations and loves to make a project experience as seamless as possible.
